Mark Seaton

Mark has also served as both a Safety Subject Matter Expert (SME) and a Digital Commerce SME for a Fortune 300 global distributor, where he provided deep expertise in developing strategies that connected manufacturers with end-users through technology-driven solutions and safer workplace initiatives. Central to his professional mission is empowering innovative and hard-working start-ups, including through active engagement in public-private incubator partnerships that foster entrepreneurship, scalable growth, and community impact.
A proven leader in aligning manufacturers with end-users and distributors, Mark has guided clients through complex, multi-site environments by ensuring every initiative delivers measurable value, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability. His track record includes leading on-shoring efforts to strengthen domestic supply chains, expanding global deployment programs, and advancing initiatives that balance profit with environmental responsibility.
Throughout his career, Mark has held senior leadership roles in sales management, account development, and strategic innovation, consistently delivering transformative results. Beyond his professional accomplishments, he is deeply committed to community service, serving in volunteer leadership roles with organizations such as the YMCA, United Way, and Hospice, as well as groups dedicated to supporting veterans and their families. He is also an active supporter of youth sports and community-based initiatives, reflecting his belief in building strong and resilient communities.
Mark holds a degree in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Tech University.
